Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek, an American actress. Her most well-known role is her role as Tiffany Wilson on the 2004 comedy White Chicks Danielle Brooks as Dr. Amber Volakis from Fox House, Lura grant on HBO's Big Love series and Francine Hanson in AMC's Mad Men. Anne Dudek was an American actor who is best known for her character Tiffany Wilson from the 2004 comedy White Chicks. The television roles she has played include The Dr. Amber Volakis, in the Fox's House sitcom, Danielle Brookson, in USA Network drama Covert Affairs; and Lura Gran on the HBO Drama Big Love. Dudek was raised and born in Massachusetts. She attended Northwestern University, where her first performance as an actress was in a stage production was The Iphigenia Cycle. Following the Broadway run, she went on a trip to New York City and won a Joseph E.Calloway Award. American Theater Magazine named her among the top ten emerging actors who are worth watching. Dudek eventually landed performances on television as well as the big screen. Matthew Heller, the talented actress, mother of two behind the camera was her husband for a period of time from the year 2008 until 2016. Dudek, born March 22, 1975 in Boston Massachusetts but raised in Newton. At the beginning of her career she attended college of Northwestern University. During this time, she participated in many theater productions as well as on Broadway. Her role as a character in The Glass Menagerie earned her the Connecticut Critics Circle Award. The Book Group in Britain was her first appearance on television. She has appeared as an actor on variety of TV programs like Desperate Women How I Met Your Mother, Friends, ER, Charmed Bodies Numb3rs, or Six Feet Under. In the pilot of Psych Dudek was Lucinda as well as in Law & Order Criminal Intent an instructor who was in a relationship with a student. Dudek was then added to a series of regular roles beginning in the fourth season, as Amber Volakis. Dr. Gregory House is considering the possibility of her being a permanent member on his medical team. The character of Amber Volakis kept appearing throughout the show, but was killed off at the end in House's Heart. House was later to see her as a deformed character in the five-season episode Saviors. Dudek then appeared in the role of Francine her next-door neighbor in Mad Men and as Alby's antagonistic wife on Big Love. Dudek made her Covert Affairs debut in 2010 in the role of Danielle Brooks' sister. Dudek has also been seen in films playing the part of the heir to the cruise line Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 comedy White Chicks and also played Anthony Hopkins's daughter in The Human Stain.
